Role Definition

Reporting to:

Support Service Management



o     Site office and warehouse responsibilities:

o     Site stock management – consumables for toilet, kitchen and similar

o     Daily housekeeping on site

o     Daily check of site vehicles

o     General site upkeep management

o     Site office delivery management

o     Provide a delivery & collection service to site.

o     Waste management

o     Warehouse management. Keeping control of stocks, spare parts incoming and outgoing goods

o     Inventory and check of the PPE

o     Distribution of PPE Management of Safety Equipment: PPE, climbing gear, statutory inspections, fall arrester repair management, etc

o     Keep a record of PPE and safety gear inventory

o     Keep track of the use of PPE and safety gear.

o     Identify wore down equipment and disregard faulty items, compromised equipment, etc.


o     Port related responsibilities:

o     Assisting marine coordinator with crew boats related issues: fuel consumption tracking, delivering fresh water for personnel, arranging catering for VIP visitors, etc.

o     Waste management

o     Site spent waste oil management

o     Site office domestic security (installation of key boxes, safety lock…)

o     Coordination of contractor at the offshore terminal and upkeep reporting

o     Regular inspections and walk downs on the offshore terminal.

o     Offshore responsibilities:

o     Available to support from time to time the offshore technicians team or any similar task offshore.


o     Call out duty – outside normal working hours.


Required competences and experiences:

o     2 years experience in similar positions.

o     French language skills (above C1 equivalent, preferably native speaker)

o     Warehousing management skills.

o     Mechanical / electrical background would be desirable.

o     QHSE oriented.

o     GWO training required.


o     Estimated number of personnel under the service: 2

o     Onshore shift pattern: 10 hours / 7 days per week Work pattern to be defined by tenderer
